Troop 718 Takes Top Honors At Camporee 2018
CAMPOREE HIGHLIGHTS!! WHAT A WEEKEND!!
About 12 to 15 District Troops competed and Troop 718 won top Honors!
1 – Troop 718 built this 24-foot Rocket Gateway, courtesy of our Lashing Team: Nick, Mateo, Luc, Pierce, and Kyle! Our Team took 1st place in the Gateway Competition!
2 – Jack Consani and his patrol won the “best Dutch Oven dessert” prize with one of our Troop 718 favorites: Slow Death By Chocolate!
3 – Alpha Patrol (Ben, Bennett, Tom, Collin, and Chase) earned Best Overall Patrol and earned 4 ribbons for the Troop.
4 – Echo Patrol (Kyle, Jaden, Braden, Hunter C, and Brandon) earned 2nd place in the “sling and rescue” event.
5 – Troop 718 won Best Campsite, again! A fun time thanks to SPL Nick P and ASPL Luc M, and great food by our Grubmasters – Yuuki, Daniel, Chase, and Jack!
