06-01-2014 PLC Meeting Agenda
We will meet for the PLC at 4:50 PM SHARP to set up and have our June PLC.
You need to bring your Leader Binders and print out attached.
SPL & ASPL’s: You need to produce a PLC Agenda. Blank and sample from last month attached.
SCRIBE: Be prepared to take notes and bring the notes form the last PLC. Attendance roster & minutes from May attached as a sample.
Patrol Leaders: Do you have your Meeting Plans for June??? Blank & Sample attached. We will discuss the Patrol meetings for today. You need to get your patrols active and have a set plan on what & how you are going to accomplish this. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE EVERY PATROL ACHIEVE THE NATIONAL HONOR PATROL AWARD. (attached)
AS LEADERS YOU NEED TO PREPARE AND HAVE WHAT IS EXPECTED BY YOU FOR THE MEETINGS. I AS SCOUTMASTER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO:
a) DO THE PAPERWORK ANY MORE
b) HAVE TO REMIND YOU EVERY WEEK.
YOU NEED TO PLAN AHEAD, COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AND MAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES “ROUTINE”.
