If your BSA Handbook was issued before 2016, please use the above Inserts to TAPE into your Handbook over the old sections.
As of January 2016, all Rank Badge Requirements have been updated. Scouts who started in 2015 or earlier are to use 2015 requirements to complete the rank they started before January 2016. They are to use the 2016 requirements for all subsequent ranks.
Scoutmaster Conferences should include an overview of the correct requirements to ensure Scouts have the correct materials and they understand what is needed for their next rank advancement.
