The Patrol Leaders’ Council is the elected decision-making body of the Troop. The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) acts as president. Other members include the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL), the Troop Guide, and the Patrol Leaders. The Patrol Leaders’ Council meets monthly to plan and implement the troop program.
Patrol Leaders serve on the Council to be the voice of their patrol members. Patrol Leaders are expected to represent the ideas and concerns of their patrols and to also communicate decisions made by the Patrol Leaders’ Council to his patrol members.
