718 TROOP MEETINGS AND NEWS
- SUNDAY MAY 22 – It’s our Annual Cook Out!
- 6:15 to 7:30 Class B uniform in Rotunda
- Scouts will cook a “tasting menu” for parents and Troop Leaders to judge! Two main dishes & two desserts will be prepared and served.
- Last Chance for Pancake Breakfast tickets! We have raised enough for 12 NEW TENTS! Our goal is 25 tents!!
- New Parent Orientation Make-up session – meet inside El Retiro Room

May 28 7am-12noon Help out at the Pancake Breakfast! 4 Scouts needed for each 2 hour shift: 6-8am, 8-10am, and 10-12am. Wear Class A with kerchief (no sash). Meets Tenderfoot or Second Class Service requirements. Dr Bass leading.
June 4 6am-12noon National Trail Days Led by Mr Applegate Earn 6 Service Hours and help re-build the trails we use! Free lunch included!
July 15-17: Malibu Circle X Car Camp. Geocache Treaure Hunt, Waterfall hike & more! Mr and Mrs Sorensen to lead. Limited to first 40 sign-ups. For Calendar, Activity Sign-ups, and More! |
